The ministries of Kairos of Mississippi are made possible by the financial support given by individuals, companies and churches. Each weekend retreat costs between $4,500 and $9,000 with the cost to start a Kairos in a new institution being between $10,000 and $12,000. The funds are spent for food, supplies and other costs directly related to the retreat. Kairos of Mississippi is a completely volunteer organization with no one receiving any compensation.
Kairos of Mississippi operates as a state chapter of Kairos Prison Ministry International, Inc which is a 501c(3) non-profit tax-exempt organization. Contributions may be deductible on your tax return (please contact your tax professional).
Gifts of any size are needed and appreciated. You can be assured that your gift will go to minister to men and women who need to know the love of Christ.

Kairos Music Team CDs, DVDs available for purchase! CD #1: The Mississippi Kairos Music Team released a Live Performance CD from the Grand Opening of Studio 61 Recording in Leland. Guitarists Stephen Stuart, Mike Lewis, and Rusty Healy, harmonica/percussionist Mark Propst, along with vocalist "Uncle" Bob Neill, recorded a dozen Kairos songs in the well-known MS Karo style for a Mississippi Kairos Fundraiser. CDs are available for $12, DVDs are $15, or you can purchase both for $25.
CD #2: The Mississippi Kairos Music Team released a 2nd CD of Kairos songs in July from several in-studio sessions at Studio 61 in Leland. Technology will permit more than 20 songs on one CD, so some of the songs on their original Live Performance CD at the Studio 61 Grand Opening will be re-cut, and many other Kairos Praise & Worship favorites will be added for re-living your prison blessings.
Guitarists Stephen Stuart, Mike Lewis, Rusty Healy, Reece Vaughan, & harmonica/percussionist Mark Propst, along with vocalist "Uncle" Bob Neill, have recorded almost two dozen Kairos songs in the well-known MS Karo style for a second MS Kairos Fundraiser. Their initial Release was a Live Performance Recording last November, which has sold 400+ copies, mainly in Mississippi.
Songs on this second release include Alleluia He Is Coming, Pharoah Pharoah, Seek Ye First, Our God Reigns, Bread of Life, Yahweh, Holy Ground, Spirit Song, Victory Chant, Unbroken Circle, Kingdom Has Come, & I'll Fly Away, as well as My Kairos & Lights of the City. In-Studio versions of the latter will be included, as well as Woke Up This Morning, Down by the Riverside, Jesus on the Mainline, Jesus is the Rock, and the Worship Suite (Open the Eyes of My Heart, Sanctuary, & Come, Now Is the Time to Worship). Humphreys & Ralph McGee have even been asked to join in with their famous rendition of The Fried Chicken Song!
The new CD (#2) is $20. The original Live Performance CD (#1) is still available for $12. Each order requires $3 for Shipping and Handling. All proceeds go to Kairos of Mississippi.
